- Promotion and management of development of new information, communication technologies, and professional training in the national education system and economy, to contribute to development of e-society in Moldova (e-commerce, e-government, knowledge management for Moldovan society)
- Furtherance of organization of the common events like workshops, conferences, summer schools, and others for students, professors, community citizens, etc.
- Establishment of a Distance Learning Center with a well developed curriculum,
- Research of the influence of new technologies on national economy, civil society and implementation of the results of case studies in curricula and in theoretical courses in higher schools.
- Standardization of core programs in graduate studies, credit systems, courses and curricula development in accordance with international standards.
